Group interview with three people. There were standard interview questions that were asked. It seemed very informal. Two of the people conducting the interview were nurses and they were interviewing for a financial role. You could tell that there was little understanding of the position. I would answer questions and speak about the importance of financials and they didn't seem interested or knowledgeable in the subject.
