Lots of waiting around to just get the interview. The phone interviews were not probing at all, just a glance at the resume and a few questions. Lots of waiting again. I gave up on them at one point, then they came back saying they were interested. I went in and interviewed face to face for 4.5 hours, met with 9 people. Then at the end of it, they decided I did not have the skills for the job. The skills. Shouldn't they have determined this in the phone screen and not wasted my time, money, energy, etc. It is easy to determine skills in the prescreen. You don't wait to do that in the face to face interviews over a marathon session where the candidate is tired by the end of it. Horrible candidate experience. Would have preferred a no up front than bringing me out to interview only to be told no on skills.

Interview process included several automated emails and a text questionnaire about your qualifications. My interview was scheduled fast from there, the first interview was with the person the role would report to and it was a quick 30 minutes.

The worst interview process that I have ever seen in my decades of IT expereince and the senior leaders like VP's makes candidate to wait for hours together and talks for 15-30 mins & then reject - such a useless team being entertained here

They only ask what they wanted & they would not touch your skills so this means the questions are so irrelevant - better to stay away

Within minutes of applying online, I received text prompts to answer some questions about the role, after which I received a link to schedule a live interview. I was able to find a date within days but joined the interview only to learn that the role had been offered to someone else. Made me wonder why it was still posted, with interviews being scheduled as well. Quite disappointing because I spent quite some time preparing for the live interview. I hope this is a one-time error because it is discouraging to imagine that some roles I am applying to are actually not available but have not been taken down from job boards.
