Interview process was very straightforward. However, when they offered me the job -the salary offered was extremely low and they didn't open up room for negotiation. When I stated the salary I was looking for (which was within the middle range for what they listed on the job posting) the recruiter basically laughed at me and said that they won't be able to offer that. Why list that salary on the job posting if you can't offer it? It was a huge waste of time for everyone involved. I declined the offer and accepted a job at a different company that could meet my salary range.
