1st interview with all techs, 2nd interview with manager, maybe other way around. It involved all members asking interview questions. Lead IT asked a lot of technical questions, while others asked questions of why did you want to work here.

A single panel non-technical interview with several Supervisors setup via Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. The process took weeks prior to the 1 hour interview. The interview itself took less than an hour only to be told that I’m over qualified.
