Great Interview process - very thorough and precise. Knew what type of person they were looking for and asked specific, pre prepped questions to ensure these were met.
Had both a panel interview followed by 1:1 with senior management.

2 rounds of interviews, both with 2 interviewers in each and not much notice given (less than 24 hours for each. The first interview was absolutely brilliant. Contrastingly, the second interview was terrible! The interviewer was insistent on putting me off the job role which was strange and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was told I would be contacted in a few days with an answer about the job. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing. Only received a response when I reached out by email. I feel like the company let themselves down.

The process was very thorough and professional. I had the opportunity to meet with a wide range of agency leaders and key contributors. The process enabled me to share the relevant details of my experience, and allowed me to vet the organization relative to my professional goals.

Among the key questions that facilitated a productive exchange were:
- They sought my insight and recommendations for an active project, which gave me the opportunity to better understand the challenges they seek to solve on behalf of their clients, and gave them an opportunity to observe my thought processes and subject matter competence
- They asked about my approach to building trust and rapport with clients, which is one of the most critical elements of my role, and a critical key to success for an agency
- We discussed culture and work styles at length to gauge fit between my work style and the needs / culture of the agency
