In 2023, I participated in an interview with Proya. I initially submitted my resume online, followed by a phone interview with HR. After that, we scheduled a time for the formal interview, which took place in person. During the interview, I was assessed by the business manager and HR, who asked about my relevant experiences and some competency-related questions. Subsequently, they confirmed my interest over the phone and offered me the position.
