PublicSchoolWORKS is very picky about who they interview, you must first pass a Predictive Index cognitive assessment. It has 50 questions which you must answer in 15 minutes or less. I've never done well on these and based on the actual job assessment from all my previous employers I know I'm really good at my job. After the test it took weeks of back and forth with the third party recruiter before they told me the hiring manager didn't even want to talk to me. So there it is. If you believe you'll ace the PI test, have at it and maybe they'll speak to you. Otherwise skip.
