The recruiter call, kept saying it's a Google owned agency which is not true and pay was below market rate. Kept saying we can contract for a few months and then you can leave. Why not pay as per market and hire full time instead of looking for people every few months just coz you don't want to pay? In the longer run you spend more resources and money hiring new people every time coz you need to train them all the time!
