I was contacted by their HR for the position. The first round interview was just a one way conversation with the lead strategist explaining the role and the client without much room for discussion. The second round was an interview with the client who asked about areas that were not related to the main role and at times they didn't seem to know what they want in the role. In both rounds, they asked if I interviewed a certain individual who was actually out sick during that time. Afterwards, I did not hear back and it looks like they ghosted me.
