The recruiter was late in calling me for the phone screen. He also wasn’t very engaged during the conversation and didn’t ask many questions about my experience. Overall I wouldn’t screen my candidates like this unless he had preconceived notions he wasn’t going to move me to the next round. The salary was also below market average and there wasn’t any bonus.
