Corporate Ghosting... After submitting my resume online, I received a call from someone in HR. The next day, I had a pleasant phone interview with one of the Creative Directors. I was asked to come in for a group interview about a week and a half later. I’d say that the interviews went very well and I left feeling confident, having been told I’d be contacted about next steps, soon. Over a month later, I still have not heard one single word from anyone at Sapient Razorfish. In all honesty, this corporate ghosting is both unprofessional and demeaning. I understand this is a business, but you should understand that people deserve the decency of an answer, one way or another.

It was quite smooth. There were about five stages in total I think, this includes recruiter chat, portfolio review, take home task(plus a call to explain my process), core values interview, meeting with business leads. Response time after each interview was quite fast. I was offered the job a day after the final round.
