The interview was held in 4 Stages - roughly 45 mins-1hr each, And all done in half day. The stages were to understand applicant's ability across - technical capability, program management, soft skills attributes, client interaction and finally Q&A. All interviewers were very friendly and questions were mainly related to experience. Some questions were related to challenging situations, and understanding technical and managerial capability in-depth and at broad levels.
