Then she set up a call for me for 1:1 video chat. After the interview, RM was checking other stuff and got back to me

4 Rounds of interviews with different group of leads - HR screening - Manager and Lead - Design Director - Country Director All rounds consisted of different aspects and questions. No assignment on my case.
There were seven interviewers. The process took almost 5 hours. Mostly standard questions, not really design focused. Specific project examples and accomplishments helped. Having an interactive portfolio (on your laptop or tablet) will definitely add to the experience than a print one.
