I have applied for L2 position in June 2014 and following Interview rounds were taken: 1) Written test of 1.5 hrs having Logical, Aptitude, Manual QA, Testing Process, Series related question- Cleared 2) Subjective round of 50 minutes- Financial case study to measure your Test Planning/ Test Case Writing skills- Cleared 3) Interview round with Sr Manager- I was asked questions about Investment Banking and SQL, Case Study performed in 2nd round is also discussed in details, agile process- Not Cleared I believe there was skill set mis match, They were looking for a candidate with gud Investment baking exp and I could just answer basic questions.
