First round was coding test. It was a perfectly organised test environment. I actually enjoyed as it allowed me to demonstrate coding skills.
Second round was interview round(Teams meeting). The interviewer was a 10 years old experience and was a little annoying as he was not ready to listen just to point out mistakes and move to next question as if reading from google. (I believe taking a interview is not to make someone uncomfortable and make them feel low, instead silently judging their capabilities and try to conclude if they are a good fit).
Individual might not know everything but his experience should be silently observed, instead of pointing out 'ohh you don't know even this' (which by the way I tried explaining to him that have not got a chance to work on that particular area of technology). Overall a very bad experience for me.
May be I was not the right candidate for the role (rejecting for this can be definitely understood as there are business requirements) but just to make a potential employee (who has spared precious time for applying) feel low just because he doesn't have experience on something (which could be learned in future) is not a perfect culture for Software Development in this world of ever emerging technologies.
