Interviewers were good, had good discussion with them. Worst experience with talent team. I cleared interviews, received congrats email and was very excited to work with Sapient but coordinator is not professional.
She is not responding on emails, calls even after multiple follow ups. Such people are black spot on company and spoil company's brand. I heard some recruiters expect some favour from candidates, I'm not sure if she was also expecting money or something.
I understand few bad people at company, can't define company's image. My experience was not good with talent coordinator, but hope other folks didn't face such issues.
Company should review talent team's work, such people are problem for company and spoiling company brand. I tried but couldn't find direct contact of company to report this matter, so using this platform to bring this matter to your attention.
