Very unprofessional and trashy: the recruiter was very disorganized and every person I talked to rushed through a script. I was surprised they were so shoddy with their process. There was a lot of miscommunication between employees there and I had to wait 4 weeks before getting a reply from anyone at the company. There is a lot of confusion with the technical part and my questions were never answered despite me following up multiple weeks after. The interview itself was only 45 minutes and a joke. The interviewer is working a high level position in the company yet she was wearing pajamas and a blanket while on video call with me. Near to the end of the interview, she accidentally showed me her screen which showed she did not take any notes on my responses at all. Overall, I have never had a worse experience interviewing as a candidate. Their script that each person reads off of is also ambiguous and pointless. It is so poor quality on their end! If they really want to be taken seriously they should be deliberate with their interviews and treat candidates with respect. I have never seen such buffoonery from working professionals. How can they have a solid internship program if they don't even have a solid recruitment company. The recruiter and interviewer definitely put in low effort in every interaction with candidates and I can't express my disappointment enough.

It was a phone screening, asking the basic questions. Then a data assessment. If you pass the data assessment, you have a behavioral final interview. It was pretty simple and not hard.
