I had a very frustrating interview experience with this company, largely due to the complete lack of clarity and poor communication from their HR team. The interview was scheduled with very little detail about the process, stages, or the nature of the questions. Instead, I was provided with a lengthy document that was vague and didn't adequately prepare me for what to expect. Despite spending over 48 hours reviewing frameworks and preparing for advanced topics, the first round of the interview completely deviated from what was outlined in the document. The questions and topics were not at all aligned with what I had anticipated, making all my preparation feel wasted. To make matters worse, during the interview, I was told that the interviewer was filling in because another colleague was unavailable, and that the round I was currently taking should actually have been the second round. This lack of organization and clarity left me feeling frustrated and confused about the entire process. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly handled. I would strongly recommend that the company improve its communication and ensure that candidates are given clear and accurate information before interviews.
