I got in touch with the company through a personal recommendation and was invited to an interview with the head. The conversation lasted around half an hour and had a very open, personal atmosphere. I was able to talk about my background, what I had already worked on, and what I was aiming for in the future. Shortly after, I received the opportunity to start as a working student. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent, which I really appreciated.
