I was asked my availability after my application was reviewed for an interview. Responded same day and did not hear back. Followed up one week later and interview was scheduled. Interview consisted of a series of very basic questions and very brief background of the company. Interviewer did not give much background about herself or role. After the interview completed, It seemed to me as the role was already filled or they had a different candidate in mind before speaking with me.
