Vorstellungsrunde zu Beginn, dann sollte man eine Präsentation zu einem bestimmten Thema halten, mit tiefgreifenden fachlichen Fragen im Anschluss. Sehr wertschätzender und spannender Austausch. Anschließend klassische Fragen zur Persönlichkeit, Zielen, etc.
