It felt more like a conversation than a formal screening — they wanted to get a sense of who you are beyond your resume. **Round 2 – Technical Round** The second round dug into core advertising and media concepts. I was asked about metrics like CPM (Cost Per Mille) — how it's calculated, when to use it, and how it fits into broader campaign strategy. The interviewer clearly expected you to have working knowledge, not just textbook definitions. The most interesting part was a behavioral question: describe a real issue you faced while managing a campaign and how you handled it. This wasn't a trick question — they genuinely wanted to see your problem-solving approach and how you communicate under pressure. Be honest and specific; they appreciated real examples over polished, generic answers. **Overall** The process was smooth, respectful of your time, and gave a good sense of the team culture. I'd recommend coming prepared with solid fundamentals in digital advertising metrics and at least one strong campaign story that highlights your critical thinking. Overall a positive experience.
