I applied online and I received a notification as an "advance candidate" which I can access to the dedicated website and complete more questions. A week later I receive HR call, mainly talking about standard HR questions. After a month I received a skype interview invitation with department managers with slightly more details about working experience. 1 month later I received a face to face interview with a flight ticket to Doha, with 2 hiring manager asking more in depth system related questions.
