Unprofessional, the ASM was asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the position announced and I could tell through the interview that I had no chance to get that position. The interviewer was not neutral in his process and kept mentioning someone's else name as being the more suitable candidate for that position. He did not even bother to ask anything related to work or experience despite the fact that I was having more experience and joined the company earlier and had more practical experience in the company with zero discrepancy.
