4 processes (CV drop-discussion-English test-Final interview) About 4000 candidates applied for a cabin crew position in Korea. It was 4-day long, and less than 20 people were selected. 3 interviewers attended for CV drop, discussion and English test. There were two rounds of discussion with 7 candidates in a group and 3 interviewers checked all candidates' grooming and attitude. The teamwork and consideration were highly valued while having a discussion rather than English speaking skill. The topic was overseas experience and role play. They seem to check personalities to stay abroad, which is independent and open-minded. After the discussion, in-depth questions provided in the final interview. It took less than an hour. For the final interview, two interviewers attended with me. They didn't push me and tried to check my qualities at work. I was given about 7 questions, I guess; best service that I provided, demanding customer, difficult time in my life, conflict with others. They were friendly throughout the interview.
