Got invited for Sonru interview Nov 3 2021. I was later invited for an assessment day on Jan 12, 2022. The interview was late to begin. It was supposed to start at 1:00 PM but began at 2:30 PM.
We did an English test, and that was the first round of elimination. We proceeded to a one on one interview which included the reach test. This was the second round of elimination. Only six candidates out of 100 were taken.
The whole process took 8 hours.
It's quite disappointing to wait for eight hours and not get the chance.

It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)

got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
