I sent my CV on their HR email address. I was called via a phone interview. Then I was called in person and made to fill their standard hiring forms. The forms included logic and general knowledge and world affair questions. After that I had a separate editing test. Then I had a one-on-one interview with the head of the editorial department. At the end I was told I will hear from the HR department if I passed the process.
