Had such a good first impression, really good communication and the process itself was quite decent. I gave a salary request at the very first meeting, which they didn't comment on and then went on to do tests and more interviews. When they eventually called to offer the job, we set all the details and at the very end of the call, they casually mentioned the salary: 8000 sek less each month than I requested in that very first call. And like that, all trust of good communication and values was just gone. Incredibly disappointed by this process. If we would've had an honest and transparent discussion about it earlier on we could've made it work, but this just felt plain manipulative. I turned them down, there are better options out there.
