The HR called me within few hours after referral. 1st round was scheduled and with no intimation was rescheduled at last moment. I was on the call waiting for the interviewer for 10 mins. It was taken by an employee who was also a senior business analyst. I felt people here are very reluctant to hear what the other person is answering if that's not something they have framed in mind, be it HR or the interviewer (from the first round). My second round again rescheduled last minute and was taken by someone on the customer end management, the round went fabulous where the interviewer went for opening her house door apparently for 10 mins in a half hour call. Apart from these 10 mins the rest was an outstanding interview and a good conversation, but i don't know the feedback because of which i was rejected.

Relevant questions were asked. Mostly on work ex and agentic AI concepts. Deep dive into these concepts. Questions also revolved around the architecture and deployment flows. How to implement in business. Few behavioral questions.

It was a good interview. They asked a lot about my past experience and focused on questions related to the requirements of the role. Overall, the interview was about understanding whether I am a good fit for the position. They also asked many technical questions.
