Initial interview with HR was quick, only asked who I was and why I was applying. Next technical interview was basic questions -- what is Object Oriented programming, explain what a race condition is.

Der Bewerbungsprozess begann mit einem ersten HR-Screening, gefolgt von einer anspruchsvollen Aufgabe zur Beurteilung relevanter Fähigkeiten. Anschließend folgte ein technisches Interview und zum Abschluss eine umfassende dreistündige Vor-Ort-Sitzung mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern.

The interview process consists of multiple sessions with recruiters and engineers (some engineers also from departments other than those corresponding to the position). Quantum Systems has a digital booking systems for all of these interviews, which allows to select a time slot conveniently (instead of 1-2 proposed slots as done by some other companies). Quantum Systems also mentions to you before the purpose / subject of the various interviews and always communicates what are the next steps.
