There wasn't much of a process, the interviewer (owner) didn't ask many questions that would refer to the role itself. The interviewer was nice, and seemed passionate about the business. However, it just wasn't the right job for me. I also don't think that the title of the position was adequate, either, as the position was going to be the only finance position in the company.
