These days, they are hiring temps from agencies, who are making almost as much as people who have been with the company for years. They ask you questions pertaining to the job.

Very informative and kind in the interview. They were very helpful in answering questions and I felt like they were genuinely caring about my answers. I was able to speak freely and they were able to answer my questions about their processes.

How much experience do you have and tell us a little about this experience.
Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.
