We were selected after an online test conducted in the college. For the selected student they called up for technical and HR interview. First round was technical Interview .The HR was very good and explained the answers very politely.IF you got selected in technical they will call you for HR interview.Its an easy one they will ask you from your resume. Tips : 1) make your resume of only one page (HR appreciated me for it because most of the students were having 2 or 3 pages resume) 2)Be confident and mention your area of interest 3) study deeply about your area of interest and have a good knowledge of current technologies being used 4)be clean shaved , wear a blazer and tie ,formal shoes shirt and pant .focus on grooming and presenting your self 5) prepare most commonly asked questions in interview Note: I am from Aeronautical engineering department
