Interview process took over 3 weeks. Introductory meeting with the recruiter then a meeting with Director and a Technical Assignment and a Final Technical Discussion. They approved my technical case and i provided a valid reasons for the decisions made on case they accepted it but mentioned that some decisions made at assignment were not acceptable.

The interview process started at 9th June 2022, the first session was with hr and a technical guy, but talking about communication skills and hr related questions. It was a friendly session and I felt eas at it. They assigned me an assignment, it was about adding a feature to a project and also make code review for another developer's merge request. I had 4 hours to do all. I did it and submit but after one they the hr guy contacted me and said I was rejected. I asked for feedback and comments from their side but after some emails and requests I didn't receive any! It was so annoying because I spent 4 hours on my weekend and they didn't provide me even a simple rejection email!
