From application it was fast moving in terms of calls and meetings set up. However they spent more time talking about the company and what the role is than actually interviewing/asking questions. Felt like i was being sold the role and had to try and display my skills through conversation. Eventually after waiting more than a week i got informed i didnt get the job, however to keep in touch for any future opportunities. On reply I asked for feedback as perhaps it would help knowing for my next applications and other applied jobs of what I need to enhance however was ignored. Disappointed as they seems like a great company and nice people however the experience has only left me to think they are unorganised and overworked and treat candidates as numbers.
