I interviewed for the intern position at Quomeda in November. I was invited for an initial interview with a current Research Executive and then within a week, I was invited for a second interview with a Consultant. After having completed the second interview I never heard back, and despite having reached out to request for some feedback, I was ignored. Not great behaviour to have when as a candidate I spent so much time preparing and interviewing two times. The interviews were quite informal, I was asked about my experience and the reasons I wanted to work in MedTech market research.

I had an interview with the CEO who had a very arrogant attitude. Someone who seems to be using their power to feel superior to others. Having this interview allowed me to get a great place in another company. I do not recommend women to go to this business. And to realize that another friend had already had an interview in this company with the same man, and she felt the same feeling of embarrassment. He never called me back, but like I said it got me a better job.
