Two interviews one with the CEO and head of HR. Basic questions then met with the lead programmer who went through the technical questions and having to do some coding. When I met with the CEO and head of HR all they did was talk about the position what it was they were looking for and the benefit package that came with the job. I then met with the lead programmer the next week and we talked about leadership even though this job has no leadership involved with it and went over some technical questions.
