Had good interview, made it to the final round, and then... ghosted me. Didn't respond to emails, anything, until many months later with a lame "sorry, we went in a different direction". Which is fine if that's the case, but don't leave a finalist hanging! I won't consider this company for any roles in the future due to the unprofessionalism of the interview process.
