The interview process was one of the most refreshing I have had. I applied for the position just before Christmas 2023 and due to the Christmas shut down, I didn't hear back from the recruiter until Early January 2024. The first interview (8 January) was with the HR department. They made me feel comfortable to speak about my experiences without it feeling like a disciplinary (like some companies have in the past). The interviewer appeared genuinely interested in my experiences and skills and ended the interview by informing me that I was successful and would progress to the second interview. They also informed me that they would work around my work schedule to ensure that my second interview would be outside of my normal working hours, which was really considerate. My second interview was on the 10th January with the Managing Director and 1 other senior manager. I had to prepare a presentation for the role, which was delivered. Again, the interview felt like two people having a work conversation. Really refreshing. And again I was informed at interview that I was going to receive an offer in writing. Their interviewing strategy helps to make the candidate feel comfortable and bring out the best in them.
