I was approached by the recruiter. I wasn’t interested in the company initially but I have to confess the recruiter did a good job in selling the role. The interview process is standard with a few rounds each lasting an hour. However, the whole process was a joke. Like many other folks shared, they went silent after last round even though explicitly stating that they will close the loop. I followed up once but recruiter and hiring team was clueless - When I followed up the answer I got was that they are unsure of the position yet and deciding upon what to do next. I decided I will not be joining the company. What a waste of time and so disrespectful.
