My interview went well on March 10 th 2026.Till now I have not received any update about my interview.In aptiv workday it showing application is in under consideration. . The interaction was insightful and allowed me to showcase my experience in process design, integrations, and workflow solutions.

The interview process began with a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and the role expectations. This was followed by a second-round interview with the hiring manager, which focused on technical skills and situational questions. In the final stage, I participated in a panel interview with team members, where I was asked behavioral and problem-solving questions. The entire process took approximately three weeks from initial contact to final decision. Communication was clear, and feedback was provided promptly after each stage.
