There were two rounds of interview both over zoom/phone call. friendly and conversational for the most part. Also had to provide a writing sample and then was accepted after that.

Very conversational and casual interview with 2 employees who were both very friendly. Normal interview questions. They asked about my experiences and what experience I want to gain in an internship.
