Two rounds of interviews. One person for the first round and interviewed by two people for first round. Fairly relaxed and straightforward interview. Asked typical interview questions about my experience and questions pertaining to the role. It took about a week to hear back after the first interview so I expected to wait awhile after the second interview but I never heard back. The interview said to reach out to him or the HR contact if I had any questions, which I did, but didn't get a response from either. It's always a red flag to me when companies don't even bother to send a rejection email. I've taken time away from my current job to meet with you and you can't even send the generic, fill-in-the-blank "we're moving forward with other candidates" or "this role has been filled" email? Wasn't the opportunity for me but an average experience that could be improved with better communication.
