2 separate interviews via zoom after an initial phone screening with HR. The last interview was with 2 company reps & very conversational while focusing on possible contributions to the company and work history.

1st round: Zoom interview with a recruiter to explain the role, get to know me better, discuss work history and employment goals. She was extremely friendly and engaged throughout the conversation. 2nd round: Personality, cognitive, and typing tests (sent via email link). 3rd round: Zoom interview with Senior Management - some basic interview questions regarding work history & experience, why I chose to apply, and expectations. The interview was more personality-based and conversational with good rapport. I interviewed on a Friday, and received an offer the following Monday. Overall a transparent and straightforward process.
