Interview with President of company. Obnoxious and impersonal speed-dating styled interview onsite at recruiting firm, whereby I was only notified minutes beforehand of the strict 20 minute limit; 10 minutes for me to talk, and 10 minutes for President to talk. Interviewer was hard to read, and didn't ask any interesting follow up questions to the lame starter of "tell me about yourself." Nervous junior recruiter repeatedly popped head into conference room to remind us of time limit and remaining time. Been in this business for years and with world-class brands; never before seen this awkward and off-putting approach. Totally bizarre.
