Strangest interview of my life. No structure and weird questions. Please read the other reviews and avoid. It's not worth putting yourself through working at RSM. Free soft drinks was a rare positive though.

This interview happened a few years ago but wanted to share my experience after reading the reviews. At the time I met with the office manager who was nice and everything was going well I thought. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who seems to be constantly angry. Seemed like he wanted to take his bad day out on me. In the end they asked me to do a task and come back for a second interview. I declined after meeting the owner, would never want to work with an owner who is constantly angry.
