3 interviews, different levels of marketing. This was very conventional. The team was nice and easy to communicate with. They asked questions to understand your thought process. They are open to hearing new ideas and seeing if you fit the company culture as a whole.

This first meeting was a phone screening l with HR. I then had in person interview with 3 members of the team that took about 90 minutes. Finally I met with the marketing director before being given an offer.
