Began with on campus interview, then had one in office interview. Received an offer after that second round of interviews. It was a very slow process (approx 1.5 months for an internship position). Interviews were VERY conversational, they just wanted to ensure you would be a good fit in the company.

A conversational interview focusing on getting to know you. Expect introductory questions, behavioral inquiries, and problem-solving scenarios to assess your personality and approach.
This interview is designed as a conversation to help us get to know you better. You can anticipate a range of questions, beginning with general introductions to break the ice. We will delve into your past experiences with behavioral questions that explore how you've handled specific situations. Additionally, we'll present problem-solving scenarios to evaluate your thought process and how you approach challenges. The purpose of these diverse question types is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your personality, your working style, and your overall approach to different circumstances. We aim to assess not only your skills and qualifications but also how you might fit within our team and company culture
For graduate scheme, numeracy tests, then job sim, then virtual AC which included group task, and individual interview, then an in person AC, which included group tasks and chat with a director.
3 rounds of interviews. Standard phone screen, technical knowledge interview with a singular senior team member, and a personality/fit interview with the team leader. Overall an pleasant and easy interview process
