It was a short and quick process. They asked just 5 questions during the video interview and were mostly competency and scenario based ones. They’re pretty straightforward and the time allocated for answering each question is more than enough.

First of all there is an online assesment test with some numerical reasoning and situational jugment. That is quite easy. Then you wwill have the recording question with situational judgement and it's the one if found more difficult.

Really unprofessional. Was shortlisted for AC/Interview back in mid-September, and was then ignored for 2 months where they then told me the AC was now full and I could not progress. Not the only story out there like this either.
