Crazy. Interviewer does not how to Interview the candidate. If people are not working they will make use of it. They will set it up the discussion on their own time. Interviewer will not be on time. If it was in the office end hours, you are for sure rejected because they will spend only 15 minutes just for sake to conduct interview. They have to leave the home early right to avoid the traffic. Horrible experience. Pls dont waste your energy in these companies. I was damn fit for these companies. But they lose it. They dont even give feedback even if you ask on email. They dont repond. Pathetic Recruiting team sits with Radisys. Doesnt have proper process in place at all.
